Describe your edit

Copy the original wording exactly. If it appears more than once, describe the location to target.

Your next edit, in three steps.

  1. 01

    Upload a clear image

Use the highest-quality JPG, PNG or WebP you have. The words should be readable. A finished image is enough; you do not need the original design file.

  2. 02

    Write the replacement

Copy the existing text into the first field and type the new wording into the second. Use the location field when the same word appears in several places.

  3. 03

    Check and download

Generate an edit and inspect the spelling, spacing and surrounding details in the preview. If needed, revise the request and generate again; each new generation uses credits.

Refresh a campaign

Reuse a seasonal graphic by replacing its headline while asking the model to retain the surrounding design.

Correct a typo

Fix a short misspelling in an AI-generated poster without asking the model to create an entirely new composition.

How to get a closer match to the original font

  • Start with a short, clearly readable phrase. Replacing a few words is easier to review than rewriting a whole paragraph in a flattened image.
  • Keep the replacement close to the original length when the layout is tight. A much longer headline may need a smaller type size or different line breaks.
  • Describe the location rather than asking to change every similar word. For example, “the headline at the top; keep the caption below”.
  • AI attempts to match the font, color and perspective; it does not recover the original font file. Inspect small print, faces, logos and background details because they can change.

Before you edit.

Can I edit text in a photo with the same font?

The model attempts to match the existing lettering, weight, color and placement. An exact font match or pixel-identical background is not guaranteed. Crisp source text and a similarly sized replacement usually make the result easier to check.

Is this adding a new text box over my image?

No. This workflow asks AI to replace words already present in the image and reconstruct the surrounding area. For adding a separate caption, use the general image editor from the homepage.

Can I fix text in an AI-generated image?

Yes, you can request a correction by entering the visible misspelling and the intended text. Very distorted letters may be hard to target; describe their location and check the generated result carefully.

Do I need to sign in? Is it free?

Sign-in and available AnyIMG credits are required to generate an edit. The editor displays the cost for your selected model and resolution before you submit. This is not an unlimited free or no-login service.

Can I edit Chinese or other languages?

You can enter multilingual text, including Chinese. Accuracy varies with script, font size and image quality. Proofread the result in the target language, especially punctuation, numbers and small characters.

Are the image dimensions and background unchanged?

The default Auto ratio asks the model to follow your input. Model output dimensions may differ from the source, and AI may alter nearby details. Keep the original and compare before publishing.
